CHOCOLATE POTS (DAIRY AND EGG FREE)

These gorgeous little pots of goodness take literally no time to make, taste delicious and are boosted with protein. You honestly wouldn’t know this is made from Tofu as Tofu simply has no real taste to it - its simply a vehicle for flavour.

All you need is a few ingredients and its done.

Ingredients -

1 × 300g pack of silken tofu (not firm)

150g melted dark chocolate (I like to use Green and Blacks cooking dark chocolate which is 150g)

1-2 tsp maple syrup

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Method - simply add your tofu to a blitzed - like e nutribullet and blitz for approx 20-30 seconds adding in your sweetener and vanilla.

Meanwhile have your dark chocolate melting - either in short bursts in the microwave or in a glass bowl over a pan of steaming water.

Add the melted chocolate to the tofu mix and give a good stir. Pour into glass ramekins - this usually makes about 3. Chill in the fridge for a few hours or over night until it firms up and its done.
