Conscious Cooking Course - terms and conditions
Georgie Soskin/Little Plough Kitchen | georgie@littleploughkitchen.com | littleploughkitchen.com
1. About the course
The Conscious Cooking Course (CCC) is an online course delivered by Georgie Soskin/Little Plough Kitchen. The course is structured around the five Chinese elements - Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water - and is available as individual modules or as the full course.
The course includes a mixture of online written content and videos, accessible by logging in to the website, alongside live cook-along sessions via Zoom, guest speaker sessions, and access to community spaces including a WhatsApp group and an Instagram group.
2. Purchasing the course
The CCC is available in the following ways:
• As a one-off payment for the full course
• As individual element modules purchased separately
• Via a payment plan in instalments, where available
Your place on the course is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Where a payment plan is in place, access to course content is subject to payments remaining up to date. Georgie Soskin/Little Plough Kitchen reserves the right to suspend access if payments are not made as agreed.
3. Access to course content
Course content is released on a scheduled basis, aligned to each element module. You will be notified of your access date ahead of each module opening. Content is not available immediately upon purchase unless otherwise stated.
You will retain access to course content for the duration of the course plus two months following the final module. After this period, access may no longer be available. We recommend downloading any materials you wish to keep before your access period ends.
4. Live sessions and community
Live cook-along sessions and guest speaker sessions are held via Zoom. Dates and joining details will be shared in advance. These sessions are not guaranteed to be recorded, and Georgie Soskin/Little Plough Kitchen accepts no responsibility if you are unable to attend a live session.
Access to community spaces, including the WhatsApp group and Instagram group, is provided as an additional benefit and may be withdrawn if a participant behaves in a way that is disrespectful to other members or to Georgie Soskin/Little Plough Kitchen.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Please contact us at georgie@littleploughkitchen.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your enrolment.
• A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed any course content.
• Once course content has been accessed, or after 14 days, refunds are not available.
• For payment plan purchases, cancellation will stop future payments but no refund will be issued for amounts already paid.
• Individual element modules are non-refundable once purchased, unless the module has not yet been accessed and the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
Georgie Soskin/Little Plough Kitchen reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course or individual sessions. In the event of cancellation, a pro-rata refund will be offered for any content not yet delivered.
