Jo recently trained as an Inspirational Breathwork practitioner which expands her toolkit in supporting holistic health and wellbeing.

This course has been developed over a lifetime of searching, learning and trying to understand and break down information that I have found useful in helping me find more balanced and feel more grounded.

I have always been fascinated with how we nourish ourselves - through food but also through other mediums.

I believe in a Mind, Body and Spiritual approach towards overall health, wellness and vitality and this course touches on all of these elements.
