remember the summer is qute forgiving

A lot of what you really need and want is in the form of fresh fruit and vegetables. So if things feel like too much just stick with simple. You can always buy dips (just check the ingredients lists) and make up a beautiful plate of fruit and vegetables. Remember we eat with our eyes - so if things look beautiful you can get away with a lot.

Freshness is the key to delicious Summer eating but it really doesn't need to be too hard. This Harissa recipe is incredible and takes less than 4 minutes to make and can be enjoyed with halluomi sticks, on burgers and so much more

STRAWBERRIES – if eating them this summer try and get organic – its been noted that strawberries are by far the worst offenders when it comes to being sprayed heavily. Its annoying but worth being aware of.
