How it works
One hour each day. Live in the kitchen with Georgie. The Cycle: Show up. Connect with food. Create and explore. Get lost in the flow.
No rules. No protocol. Just a rhythm you can come back to, each turn a small rep of trusting yourself.
DATES -
Monday 21st - Wednesday the 23rd
6pm until 7 pm
DAY ONE: Breakfasts
3 boosted breakfasts in an hour!
You will be sorted for the entire week… showing you eating well doesnt need to be complicated, time consuming or expensive… but it does need to taste good!
DAY TWO: Lunch
One ingredient, two completely different results. Watch as fresh becomes fried, soft becomes crunch, all in the pan in front of you.
DAY THREE: BAKE & boosted
Baking - but boosted. How sweet treats can be delicious, rewarding and still be supporting you.
