How it works
One hour each day. Live in the kitchen with Georgie. The Cycle: Show up. Connect with food. Create and explore. Get lost in the flow.
No rules. No protocol. Just a rhythm you can come back to, each turn a small rep of trusting yourself.
DAY ONE: Breakfasts
Boosted baked oats. Raspberry chia jam made without cooking. Speedy oat and egg pancakes ready in under ten minutes.
Leave with two breakfast recipes you'll reach for all week.
DAY TWO: RICE PAPER
Summer rolls, built fresh and rolled by hand. Vietnamese pizza, fried and fast.
One ingredient, two completely different results. Watch as fresh becomes fried, soft becomes crunch, all in the pan in front of you.
DAY THREE: BAKE & SHARE
The Best Cookies. Then press the warm ones together into one shared cookie cake. Cut and share at the table rather than plated alone.
