I have spoken a lot through out the course about the products I love to use in the kitchen, in my home and on my skin and wanted to write them all down here so you can see them clearly.
Dont feel like you have to buy them, obviously this is personal, however they have been refined down from a much larger list.
As you are part of the Conscious Cooking Course you are entitled to discount codes for each of the products I love to use
Asides from the kitchen I have found that I also have a toolbox of people and things I rely upon for my general wellness. We are all unique, so these are simply suggestions but self care should be an essential part of your day to day living. Many things can be for free, walks in nature, time on your own reading a book, joining a Women’s Circle, having a bath etc however some are better in groups or with a therapist or practitioner.

This course has been a culmination of many different courses, learning and books over the years.
I have studied with CNM in both “herbs for everyday living” as well as “nutrition for every day”.

The vast majority of what I have heard in TCM has come from the Academy of Healing Nutrition’s year long training on becoming a Holistic Health Coach.
