If you are past Conscious Cooking Alumni or part of the Gold Membership - come and join me in my kitchen for a day of literally getting your hands dirty, meeting other like minded people and having a bit of a giggle.

We meet, connect, cook and share a gorgeous meal together - but leave feeling refreshed and full of aliveness, inspiration and new knowledge.

Spaces are limited to 10.

Doors open at 10:30, we start cooking at 11 and finish around 2:30
